This hotel is truly luxurious, providing exclusive amenities that meet all my needs. the beautiful outdoor swimming pool, Jacuzzi and beach access ensured I was able to relax in style. the Spa & wellness centre also offered a range of treatments including full body massages, beauty treatments and Turkish baths, leaving me feeling pampered. the restaurant provided poolside snack bars and dinner with special diet menus, ensuring I was catered for no matter what my dietary requirements were.
I found the service to be a bit slow when requesting treatments, which affected my overall experience.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The location is perfect, as it is right on the beach. The hotel facilities were great and the cleanliness was really good. The staff were pretty good too make us feel welcome and were always friendly and knowledgeable. The breakfast was also excellent with a wide variety of food.

We had a fantastic stay at Al Naseem. The vegetarian food was really good and the manager at the Palmery, Sandeep, arranged it all for us. We also loved the fine beach with views of Burj Al Arab, and the professional housekeeping staff. we highly recommend this resort.

Our recent stay in this amazing resort was like a tropical paradise. We enjoyed the location; the Palmery restaurant right on the beach, with access to a huge variety of restaurants, and the stunning Jumeirah Beach. Our room was beautifully decorated with high-end specifications, offering a spacious and clean bathroom. The service was outstanding, with helpful staff always willing to make our stay unforgettable. The breakfast was varied and delicious. We loved the complimentary waters, fruit, and smoothie shots. There were plenty of umbrellas to sit under by the pool and a handy buggy system to explore.
One of the dining areas caused a disappointment in the cleaning issue with bird poop on some chairs, which should be cleaned without being prompted.

During our Easter vacation, we had an amazing experience at a hotel that offered fine views of the sea and garden. The private beach area was a definite highlight, great to relax and soak up the sun in privacy. The location was perfect too, being in close proximity to all the popular attractions and activities in the area. Another advantage we really enjoyed was the spa center, where we were able to indulge in some much-needed pampering and relaxation.
One thing we disliked was the lack of variety in the breakfast options. Although there were different restaurants to choose from, the selection could have been more diverse.

Luxurious resort with beautiful architecture and landscaping. Stunning room with combined dressing room/spa-like bath. Multiple pools including an adults-only pool with gorgeous sea views. Excellent beach with attentive staff providing towels and ice cold water bottles. Highly recommend for families and couples.
